Can't register new blog

  Am trying to register a new blog to an existing account. Every time I click the bottom “Create blog” button, it bounces me back to the top of the page (the signup page entitled “Get another WordPress.com blog in seconds”). I’ve cleared all cache/cookies, tried a different browser (Firefox and Safari) and even tried registering over again as a new user, but I can’t do it with any of these methods. Can anyone shed any light on it?
