Cant register on WordPress

    Hi i am trying to create an account on wordpress.org. When i enter my username/email it says this user is already register. When i try to login it doesnt proceed and sent a create new password notification on my email (email visible only to moderators and staff). When i clicked on the link to create new password i filled in all the information with website, location, interest etc when i click on save profile information it doesnt proceed either. Can you please check and if you have any solution to it?

    i had bought a domain with siteground which is http://www.electrorow.com.

    An account on the wordpress.org website is in no way related to your website. You can only login to your site at https://electrorow.com/wp-admin/ using the credentials you choose when you set up your site.
