Can’t remember how to access website to transfer
-
I had a website for the old church I pastored but there is a new pastor there who wants to update it. I can’t access the site to transfer it to him and don’t even remember the email address I used. I haven’t been on it in over three years. How can I get on there to fox it? Thanks.

Hi,
I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.
Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
You may have used WordPress.com to access your site in the past, many people do. But if you are having trouble with it, you will need to talk to your domain registrar and/or host’s support team. We here at WordPress.com have no access to sites that are not hosted on our servers.
Take a look and let us know if anything is unclear or you have any further questions.

WHOIS data shows that your nameservers are set to something called dns1.supremepanel.com. I’m not sure what host that is, but it does indicate that the site is hosted somewhere other than WordPress.com.

Best of luck sorting it out and sorry we can’t be of more help.
