  Hey guys, It’s been a while, but I’m not able to log in. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but my site is down and I can’t get to the back end to fix it.

  That website is using the open-source WordPress.org platform and this forum is dedicated to the hosted WordPress.com platform. Two very similar things, but also entirely different.

  That said, I would suggest going through your hosting provider, which looks like Ionos. They should be able to help you gain access to your site.
