Can't Remember How to log into my blog

This is going to sound very silly but a while ago I started designing a website with the address http://www.tessagoodhart.wordpress.com I now can’t remember the email address I used to do this, the username or password. How can I get back to it again? when I put in http://www.tessagoodhart.wordpress.com/admin and put in my normal email address I get back to my other sites.
