  Hi I am trying to login to the back end of my website to update my details but I cant remember my details. I have a new PC so all my saved passwords have gone

  please help

  If you can remember your email address and/or username you’ll be able to follow the steps on this page to reset your password: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-password

  If you are unable to remember the email you used to set it up, etc. there are instructions below the “Lost Password” section for “Assisted Account Recovery”.

  What is URL of the site you are trying to gain access to? There is no site attached to the account you are contacting us from.
