Can’t Remove a User and Can’t Set New Password

  Hello,
  One of our websites doesn’t allow users to change their password by pressing Set New Password Button. I have tried disabling all of the plugins and trying it without them being active, and it still doesn’t work.
  
  Also for some reason even though being a registered Admin I cannot remove one of the users we don’t work with anymore.
  
  Any reason/ fix to why this could be occurring is much appreciated.

  Hi @evakedzo1, It sounds like you’re running into two permission-related problems on one of your sites:

  • Users aren’t able to reset their passwords — clicking “Set New Password” doesn’t do anything, even with all plugins disabled.
  • Even though you’re logged in as an Administrator, you’re unable to remove a user you no longer work with.
