cant remove categorie and "HOME" in Chunk Theme

  Hello, im using chunk theme to make my site but i couldnt figuer out how to remove categories in each title and also its impossible for me to remove the”HOME” menu on top.
  The effect that i want is like this blog:
  http://uncrunched.com/2013/03/17/there-really-couldnt-be-a-more-stupid-idea/
  Any ideas ? Thanks!
