Can’t remove image from homepage

    I can’t seem to remove the image and text overlay that is currently present on the homepage of my blog. No matter what I do in the settings or customization options, there is no option to remove this image and its text from the middle of the screen. I want to completely remove it but am unable to find a way to do so. The image has ‘SMITTEN: TO BE STRONGLY ATTRACTED TO SOMEONE OR SOMETHING’ on top of it and I can’t even delete the text or edit it. Please advise.
