Can't remove page, although I did trash it.

I trashed it and it’s still there. (Current News)
I’m using the Visual Theme by Devin Price.
Also, I can’t find any other reference to that page, except on my Home page.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You deleted the page, not the link (CURRENT NEWS) in the menu.
Go the menu settings and delete it.
