Can’t remove parts of the theme

    I am working my website in draft mode and have noticed that while I have changed the page in one area, thinking that it will change the main page with the added links to the next page, upon saving, I find that it hasn’t. Also I’m unable to change some wording on the right side of my podcast page. Why isn’t this changing? I have paid for one year and I would really like to roll out my website. WordPress used to be great and now, I’m beginning to wonder. Also, some things I have deleted that have automatically been added to theme refuse to delete.

    It sounds like you want the changes made in one page to show up on the front page, is that right? If so can you clarify what part of the main page you want to change?

    I also noticed all of your pages are drafts; generally they won’t change anything on the live site until they are actually published.

    We can work on the sidebar issue next, but in short, you’ll want to be sure you’re managing that through your Site Editor > Patterns > Template Parts.

    all the pages are published now. I ended up changing the theme template.

    how do I get the date off the site? It shows as December 14, 2024

    I don’t see the date with this template. I was able to get things done without having to delete anything. Thank you for the help you did offer.

    If you want to change the posts’ date, you can do that right from the sidebar when editing the post the same way you would select a date for a scheduled post.

    In the “Publish” section, select the date you want and save it for the new date to be reflected on the post.
