Cant remove rating stars on products

    On my site you can leave product reviews. Problem is, for some reason, all products show a 3 star review without any reviews. If you leave a review this does not change. I also think google and search engines may pick them all up as 3 star products which is no good for my store. Problem is, I can not for the life of me find out how to remove the stars you can not change so people can actually leave real reviews and rate it.

    I know this is a simple mistake I am missing as I am self taught, but any help would be appreciated.
