Can’t remove Robots noindex tag

  I have the following tag in my html code:
  <meta name=’robots’ content=’noindex,nofollow’ />

  But I can’t find this tag in my theme editor, and I don’t want it there. I’m new to wordpress, is there someplace else I can remove this?
