Can’t remove rogue title and host name at top of website?

  Hi I’ve got the below message visible at the top of my live wordpress site and I don’t know how to remove it as it’s not visible on the edit page – any ideas how I get rid of it?

  Hi there,

  You have a self-hosted site and we are able to directly assist you since we don’t have access to your site. However, from your dashboard, if you go to Settings > General, you should be able to delete title that is coming from the tagline field.
