Can't remove sidebar from website (Andrea theme)

    Hi,

Does anyone know how I can remove the sidebar from all pages on my website? I’ve tried lots of things suggested on the forums but I haven’t got anywhere. I’m using the Andrea theme.

Also, could you tell me how I can find the header.php or the page.php file? In other posts people have said to edit these files but I can’t find them anywhere! They’re not under: Appearance – Editor.

    Thanks for any help :-)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • It seems we can’t remove the sidebar on Andrea.

Even after removing all the widgets on the Sidebar from Appearance > Widgets page, it still shows Search, Archives, Categories and Links widgets.

You can’t access header.php or the page.php files on WordPress.com. They are only accessible for self-hosted WordPress.org blogs. :-)

In case you are unaware, please read the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

Great thank you for your reply. I’ll try and find another theme then that doesn’t have all the widgets on the sidebar. Thanks again :)
