We don’t have a crystal ball to see you have lost access to an old email and phone number. WordPress.com doesn’t close or remove sites on demand, you have to proof one way or another you are the rightfull owner. To recover your account, go to https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

I’ll try that then. Does the crystal ball allow WordPress to display people’s personal information when they can’t edit it without their permission or does the law not apply to yourselves?

it tries to send the information to the old email/number neither of which I have access to so WordPress need to do something. You have my name, DOB etc, I can easily send my passport copy and a selfie holding up identification if that would work???

The only way to recover your account is by following the instructions as given at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

I gave you twice what to do, and you simply ignore it. WordPress.com can’t do a thing as long you refuse to follow our procedure.

as I’ve now mentioned (3times!) I can’t do the recovery, below is a copy and pasted excerpt directly from the link provided:

    Reset your password

What you’ll need: Access to the email address you used to sign up.

”””I do not, I repeat I do not have access to the old email”. So no I am not ignoring anything, you are being dismissive/condescending when I have clearly stated the facts of the matter” asking for help.

if WordPress refuse to help then I shall have to leave it with my Lawyer and also forewarn others via Google reviews and trustpilot.com of my experience when I politely asked for help.

it is a criminal offence to display somebody’s personal information (team page) without their permission or if their way of accessing their information to remove it, it’s a further civil offence/matter when the unfit N.B. action is incorrect and cannot be removed.

Or am I talking to a brick wall???

You don’t need to have access to these defunct things, the recovery team need that information to identify you are the real owner.

that’s why I stated I was happy to send a copy of a doctor‘s letter with my name and address on it, a copy of my passport copy a copy of my Pilot license, I could also do a selfie/video. So I will politely ask one more for WordPress to assist me in taking it down as I can’t login, some form of email address I can contact them so I can speak to somebody at WordPress. WordPress own the site so they can legally take it down, this has cost me over £9000 in Los revenue and my lawyer has recommended legal action so I will again politely, I am not being rude just ask that it’s taken down and I will provide any supporting documentation, but I do not have access to the old email or phone number. I am not asking for a huge amount here even if they just take the site off-line and don’t delete it that’s fine. It’s just so it’s not publicly appearing and costing me lost business because I will reclaim every single cent from now onwards if this continues.

Do you have a receipt or transaction ID?What’s this? (Yes in my old email which we can’t log into!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Do you have an activation URL or key? What’s this? (By email, I’ll repeat myself again can’t log in to old email!!!!!!!!)

Do you have two factor authentication codes? (No ???)

Won’t allow us to proceed without selecting one despite I’ve offered to provide passport copy, flight crew ID, pilots licence, company incorporation certificate)

So again I am repeating myself “our lawyer has stated it’s a CRIMINAL offence to display somebody’s information without their consent and a civil offence to publish misleading information Especially when I am the account holder and have offered ID, incorporation certificates, etc)

I have already stated my opinion on trustpilot, tomorrow Google Review’s and a recorded delivery/registered legal letter shall be sent Monday.

I’m simply asking it be locked if you won’t allow me to log back in. I can only repeat myself with logical, clear concise facts so many times. If it’s removed I’ll remove the review(s) , not involve my lawyer and also not go to a friend in the press who’s been asking g me why we are being treated like this?
