Can't remove static Home page Elemin theme

  Obviously there is a hard wired static home page on the Elemin theme but for the life of me, can’t figure out how to edit it , remove it, post on it, nothing.

  PS. It doesn’t show up anywhere that I can find on my dashboard including my Pages list.
