Can't remove widget

  Is there a way to remove the Meta and RSS Feeds widgets from my blog? They are not listed when I go to Appearance > Widgets.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Some themes show default widgets when the widget area is empty, try putting in a blank text widget and it should get rid of them.

  The default set of widgets in Sandbox 1.6.2 are:
  Pages
  Categories
  Archives
  Search
  RSS
  Meta

  Specifically, Search, RSS and Meta widgets are in Sandbox’s Secondary sidebar (Sidebar 2), so if you want to remove them, that is where you need to put the blank Text widget.
