Can't remover Header Dropdown

I have a blog [LitBirthdays.wordpress.com] with a series of 5 dropdown menu items across the top banner, but I only should be seeing 3. The other 2 are numbers. I asked about this before and was told:

Go to your custom menu and either delete those items or change the navigation labels. The pages linked to via the two no title menu items exist. #10631 (no title) opens the page “Month = January (1),” and #12193 (no title) links to “April = April (4).”

I have no way to change the navigation labels. End of story. There is no method for me to change a navigation label titled #12193 or #10631, as far as I can tell. I can view it, obviously, but I can’t change it or remove it from the header.I don’t want to delete these pages, because they are part of my search function. But I don’t want 2 of them up on the top of my header bar either. The search function I created is a page for every month of the year. These “Month pages” are accessed from the “Search Month-Day” dropdown menu, and they are set up subordinate to the Search Month-Day page.
I have no idea why all the other months are okay, but the months of January and April are floating in the header bar as “10631” and “12193.”
Does anyone have ideas about this?

I have no way to change the navigation labels. End of story. There is no method for me to change a navigation label titled #12193 or #10631, as far as I can tell. I can view it, obviously, but I can’t change it or remove it from the header.
Deleting a menu item will have no effect upon the page (or post, category, etc.) it links to. If you delete the menu items you refer to, the corresponding pages will be unaffected.

I’m not sure what you mean by “all the other months are okay.” You only have direct links in the menu to those two months. If you want to add links to the month pages to the custom menu and run into further difficulty, please ask for help here. You may wish to add the months in a drop-down menu below the Search Month-Day link. This can easily be accomplished.

Thank you. I finally saw the light. What I did not know, and you probably assumed I did know, is that in order to delete those menu labels you have to go to the sidebar “Appearance” – “Menus” and then “Menu Structure” and choose the particular labels that you want to delete. You delete them and “Save” the menus page.
