Can't Rename/Edit "Breaking News" on Top.

  Hello im using theme “Magazine Point” and it uses hooks, i don’t know how to rename the top of the website “Breaking News” not found it in Appearance>Editor – .php files, check it out and please help me: https://imgur.com/a/CPrsC

  Note that these forums are only for WordPress.com sites. Is your site hosted here on WordPress.com? Or, is it a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site?

  If you share the site link, I can confirm this myself. (It does not have to be live!)

  It’s self hosted on localhost by XAMPP with (WordPress.org).
