Can't Rename/Edit "Breaking News" on Top.

  Hello im using theme “Magazine Point” and it uses hooks, i don’t know how to rename the top of the website “Breaking News” not found it in Appearance>Editor – .php files, check it out and please help me: https://imgur.com/a/CPrsC
