Can't renew

  I have been trying to renew my domain name, but everytime I try to purchase it I get this message:
  {‘error’:’domain_error’,’message’:’This domain already exists and cannot be registered.’}

  Can someone please help me get this renewed? Is there a chat feature, or someone who can help me?
