Can’t Renew Business Plan, Looks Like Site Is Gone ???

  Hi, I wanted to see if my site will still be working when I am able to make payment on it this weekend. I see it’s been moved to private. Just wanted to make sure all files and everything is still there. And if possible I could be extended an extension as I’m waiting on payment to be able to pay for the subscription.

  Hi @reneethompson5336, if your Business Plan expires and is left for a while, your site will revert to a version without those features.

  Can you buy a plan again so we can get the plugins back, then contact chat support directly to see if there’s a backup available?
