Can't renew costum design, and it expires tomorrow!

  Hi
  I’ve recieved a mail from your support team with the message “Automatic renewal failure for upgrade on your blog – culturetacat.wordpress.com‏”. I pushed the “Renew costum design” button but I can’t find the link to peovide my credit card number and renew this upgrade.
  Please can you help me? The upgrade expires tomorrow!

  The Custom Design Upgrade for culturetacat.wordpress.com is owned by another WordPress.com user, not admincultureta. Only the owner of an Upgrade can renew it.

  Also, the Upgrade has already been successfully renewed and is valid through 2016-02-12 (must be logged into WordPress.com as the user that owns the Upgrade to view):
