Can't renew domain

  I have been notified that my private registration is about to expire. However, the wordpress site will not allow me to renew. It says I’m not subscribed. Yes, I am signed in to the correct account.

  It looks like you renewed your domain shortly after posting here. It’s now valid through October 25, 2012.

  But I had to pay $25 instead of $8. Is this some kind of bait-and-switch?

  $8 is only for the private whois registration on the domain. The full domain renewal is:

  $12 domain mapping + $5 registration + $8 private whois = $25. This is the same price you paid when you purchased the domain, renewed anualy, no bait and switch.
