Can't renew domain

  Please help,

  My domain (northsydneybida.com) is expiring tomorrow (Jul 27, 2015) and it does not allow me to register it. There is also no where for me to renew the domain name.

  Please advise ASAP.

  Hello – You should be able to manage your domain renewal by going to https://wordpress.com/my-domains/ while logged in to the user account that owns the domain. You should then be able to manage the renewal of your domain.

  I suggest you set it for auto-renew so you can be sure to keep the domain. You do have a grace period of at least ten days before you risk losing the domain.

  If you have issues, you can have a staff member intervene by typing modlook into the tag box to the right. You should also subscribe to the topic by clicking that link to the right so you can be aware of their response.

  Thank you, rkoffy.

  However, the issue is that when I go to renew, it says “This domain already exists and cannot be registered.”

  I did however try to renew “before” it expired, and it gave me the same error message. It seems that WordPress’s registrar bumped up the expiry date.

  From what I can tell, it should be as easy as hitting renew, but it keeps giving this error message.

  Please advice, and thank you for your support thus far.

  You will need to be logged in as the owner of the domain to renew it.

  The domain is owned by an administrator on the blog named Leah, and that’s all we can reveal here.

  Once Leah logs in, Leah can renew the domain.
