Can't renew domain

  We got an email that our domain is expiring. When I click the link given in the email to renew our plan and submit our credit card information I get this message at the top of the screen
  ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’ but there is no option to say Yes or No. Please let me know how we can renew our domain name as it is set to expire in 3 days.

  Hi –

  You have to be logged into the account that originally set up the domain in order to renew it. Once you are logged in correctly, the option to renew can be located at https://wordpress.com/purchases

  We tried that and there is no option to renew the domain in that account. Please help since our domain is expiring today.

  What was the account/username that you logged into? You should definitely be able to renew the subscription if you’re logged into the account associated with it.
