cant renew domain

  want to renew domain it expires today, got email but when i get in to my wordpress.com account it does not recognises any previous purchase and i cannot access my transaction id.

  Hey there,

  I recommend contacting our Account Recovery Team directly at passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Use the email where you received the expiration notice. That is most likely the email connected with the account that owns the domain.
  
  If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:

  As long as you have access to the email connected to the account, you should be able to regain access to the account.
