Can't renew domain

  My domain is registered via wordpress.com. I just wanted to renew it via the shopping cart, but whenever I try to check out, I’m shown a total of $0.00 and a click on “Purchase” results in the error message “payment: Invalid form: no products requested”.

  This site http://evilcyber.com is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and you cannot purchase WordPress.com upgrades for it. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/

  Let me make this more clear: the domain is registered via wordpress.COM. In the past it has been renewed via wordpress.COM twice via the control panel. The domain registration and renewal is a service offered via wordpress.COM, and the domain can still be pointed anywhere.

  As apparently wordpress.com stopped having a real support department and leaves the handling of paying customers to incompetent volunteers, your company should be happy that I am about to transfer the domain and take my $26 elsewhere.
