Can't renew domain (expires in 6 days!)

    Hi, the domain name theatreforschools.com expires in 6 days and there’s no option to renew it in the Dashboard. The My Upgrades page lists the domain but there’s no link or button to renew it.

    Another Admin user accidentally bought the WordPress.com Premium upgrade around Nov/Dec time in 2014, not realizing it wasn’t needed. Since a domain name is included with Premium, I’m wondering if it has caused the system some “confusion”, and is not presenting an option to renew the domain, as a result.

    Ideally, we’d like to refund the Premium product, which is not needed, and renew the domain name. If a refund isn’t possible, please “attach” the domain name to the Premium product, which isn’t set to expire until December.

    I appreciate your haste with this as we’re worried that the domain will expire!

    The domain theatreforschools.com is not owned by your user account.

    The WordPress.com user that owns this Upgrade can renew it here:
