Can't renew domain mapping

I have tried and I can’t renew my domain mapping. Clicking on ‘Renew Domain Mapping’ in my nudge emails brings me to the Purchases page [1] with an ‘Upgrade Now’ button. Clicking that button brings me to the Plans page [2]; none of the plans look relevant. There is a ‘Domains’ option. Clicking on that shows my domain (procrastiblog.com) and ‘(!) Expires in a day’. Clicking on _that_ brings me to the Domain Settings page [3] which shows me that the mapping expires tomorrow. There is no ‘Renew’ button, just ‘Payment Settings’. Clicking on _that_ brings me to back to [1]. And the cycle is complete.
I would like to renew my domain, if you only WordPress would let me. :-)

Having searched the forums, I think the answer is going to be “Upgrade to Premium.” Before you cut-and-paste your response, let me point out this is nowhere obvious in your renewal flow. The text of my email starts:
Domain Mapping for procrastiblog.wordpress.com is about to expire
This upgrade replaces your site’s default address of “procrastiblog.wordpress.com” with the custom domain “procrastiblog.com”.
Domain Mapping costs $13.00, and it is set to expire tomorrow, on July 5, 2016. If this upgrade expires, your site will no longer be available at “procrastiblog.com”.

Don’t you think that implies that clicking on the link will allow me to renew my domain mapping for $13 (and not $99 for a Premium Upgrade)?

The domain mapping upgrade for that domain is owned by the username account procrastiblog, not clconway that you’re using to post here.
In the past it used to be possible to renew an upgrade that you don’t own, which is why you used to be able to renew the upgrade using this account. However, that caused too much problems regarding ownership, so it is no longer possible to renew an upgrade if you don’t own it.
You will need to log into the procrastiblog account to be able to renew the mapping upgrade. The only other option is to wait for it to expire and be removed from the site, at which point you’ll be able to buy it again using this account.
