Can't renew domain mapping

I’m getting emails that say my site’s domain mapping is expiring in a few days. However, when I click on the ‘Renew Domain Mapping’ button in the email, it takes me to the ‘Purchases’ page, which says ‘Looking to Upgrade?’ The only button on that page takes me to the yearly plans.

The email explicitly states that domain mapping is $13/year. The cheapest plan is $36/year. I don’t particularly want a plan; I’d just like to renew my domain mapping. If that’s no longer an option, that’s fine, but the email says it should be an option. I apparently can’t get any support because I don’t have a plan.

I just want to give WordPress my money. Why is this so hard?

The blog I need help with is jemperly.wordpress.com.

That’s a lie that was inserted without my input. The blog in question is actually utahpoly.wordpress.com.

Was able to resolve this myself. I was an admin of the site, but not the original owner, and apparently only the owner could renew this subscription. We transferred ownership to me using these instructions:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

And then I was able to renew the subscription.
