Can't renew domain mapping. What should I do?

  I am webmaster for http://www.cyclinggeelong.com.au. A pop-up message occurs when I open the page, saying the domain will expire in 5 days. However, when I try to pay for domain mapping, the message ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’ and I can go no further. I have tried to pay via both my normal user name and cycgeelong. This site is for our recreational cycling club.

  are you in the Dashboard >> Store for cyclgeel.wordpress.com?

  You have the symptoms of logged in as the wrong account – but you have checked your second account

  The advice above is very likely correct. You are trying to renew an upgrade with a WordPress.com user account that doesn’t own the upgrade. You likely ended up with a second account at some point.

  You’ll need to log into that other account in order to renew.
