Can't renew domain name

  I transferred the “ownership” of KeeneArtTour.com a wordpress blog, to someone else. I need to renew the domain name. The “renew” option appears on the admin page in my browser, but not in the new person’s. When I click on the “renew” option, it says the page doesn’t exist & I don’t have the authority to renew. Please help, our deadline is fast approaching!!!!

  Hi there!

  I just took a look at your account. It looks like the domain keenearttour.com is renewed through April 6, 2015.

  However your domain keeneopenstudiotour.com is about to expire. You can renew this domain through the dashboard of your WordPress.com site keeneopenstudiotour.wordpress.com:

  https://keeneopenstudiotour.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=my-upgrades

  I can also transfer the domain keenearttour.com to the new owner of that blog if you’d like. Just confirm the username to transfer the upgrade to.

  Yes, we were able to renew, but YES, please transfer the KeeneArtTour.com domain Kristina Wentzell at (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  I’m moving and I turned over the administrative role to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’m still an editor for now.

  She can’t “see” the renewal notices on the dashboard/administrative page and she’s not getting the emails saying the domain is about to lapse.

  I see the renewal notices on my dashboard and I get the emails, but I’m not allowed access to the section that actually lets me pay & renew. (I get a “page does not exist” error message when I click the “renew” link.)

  I finally forwarded her my email, and she was able to follow THAT link and renew. So yes, the domain is now registered for another year.

  What needs to happen is a way for Kristina to renew, and for her to receive those notices for KeeneArtTour.com.

  We’ve decided to let the other names lapse.
