Can’t renew Domain Name

Hi, my domain name is registered with wordpress and is due for renewal today but the links in the email do not work. If I goto the ‘Manage Purchases’ tab in ‘My Profile’ the domain name is not there. It says I have no purchases, but I purchased the domain 12 months ago. Kind Regards, Sharron.

It is https://rhymesnroses.com – I purchased it along with a WordPress.com Premium Plan July 30 2019 and it auto-renewed on June 30th

The Plan auto-renewed and not the domain name. I have received reminders to renew the domain name – but whilst they mention the website when I click the link it says I don’t have one

What has probably happened is that you’ve created a new account as this one you are using to post to these forums is only a couple of months old and your renewal is from a purchase made a year ago.
If you can’t remember the account log-in information, use the information from your initial purchase to recover your account using the link that staff-blorbo provided. Once you do that you should be able to access the domain renewal..
