Cant renew domain – Yahoo mail is no longer working

  So we can’t recover our account, the domain name has expired and we wish to renew, however, the yahoo mail is no longer functional.

  We have a receipt history since we Forward emails to gmail.com.

  How can we recover and renew our account?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have a receipt of a previous payment to WordPress.com, it should include the transaction ID. You can also locate it on your credit card statement (here’s how). Please locate that and send it to us using the account recovery form here.
