Can't renew my domain

    My domain expired on Feb 25th (my fault, I know) but I have no way to renew it. There is no option to renew my domain within my wordpress account. The original purchase is listed under Manage Purchases, but when I go to Domains, it’s not there and if I search for it (movingonupaway.com) it says it’s reserved (as it’s within the grace period).

    I called the domain registration company (wild west domains) and they can’t help. They said the ‘button to renew’ on their side isn’t clickable and I have to do this via wordpress, but there is no option to do so via wordpress.

    Has anyone else had this problem? I don’t understand why I can’t purchase it. The ‘My Upgrades’ link in the expiration email from WordPress just gives me the option of a $99 or $299 wordpress upgrade, nothing to do with the domain.
