Hi there,
You are unable to renew the domain because it is associated with a different account/username than the one you are contacting us from. We have a new policy where you must be logged in as the owner of the domain in order to renew the upgrade.
If you login under the account owner, you should be able to renew the domain without issue.

The original account no longer exist though. it was assign to a cbsimg account but the person who set it up no longer works there
