Can't renew my domain name

My Domain name expired and the wordpress upgrade/renewal page wouldn’t let me renew it automatically, but instead sent me to support which is leading to a dead end. How do I renew the domain name that I’ve been using for the past year? Right now my blog is completely offline and unavailable due to this confusion.

We’re having the same issue you had back in December. We just want to renew our domain, but cannot figure out how to do so. @sammersam: I noticed that you did not renew the domain registration, only the domain mapping when your domain expired. The domain name is now available for registration again and you can re-register it under Store > Domains (I canceled your Domain Mapping and added some credits instead).
