Can't renew my domain subscription!!

  My 18$ annual subscription has been expired. I tried to renew it for 3 weeks now but every time it brings me back to domain mapping page. I thought if I purchased the premium version it will be resolved. Nothing so far. I cant reach my website anymore now :(

  I’m sorry, but your domain zainabalqublan.com expired 44 days ago and is now in redemption.

  The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.

  I’ve emailed you a payment request for the renewal amount.

  The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee. If you’d like me to cancel and refund the $99 Premium upgrade that you purchased, just let me know. I can also just cancel it, apply it to your domain renewal and refund the extra $1. Let me know!

  Please reply to this thread once you’ve paid, and I’ll contact our registrar to restore your domain. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded.

  If you don’t want to pay the $80 fee you can let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely. But please note that your domain can be put up for auction or sold on back-order while it is in redemption, which means someone else may purchase the domain first and you will be unable to register it again.

  I will go with the second option. Kindly cancel the upgrade, apply it to my domain renewal and refund the extra $1 if you may please..

  I just wish this whole dilemma would be resolved asap cuz I can’t reach my site anymore.
