Can't renew my expired domain

  My domain expired yesterday. Whenever I try to renew my domain from the purchases page it just redirects me back to purchases. If I click any link that says renew now it does the same. I called Wild West domains and they told me only WordPress can help. This is extremely frustrating. Someone please help.

  Yes, I had to have the other admin of the page use a different payment option. Still not sure why I had difficulty.

  Hey there,

  You were having trouble because only the owner of the upgrade (which is the other admin) has the ability to renew the upgrade. The upgrade is not under your account, so you didn’t have access to the renew button.
