Can't renew my site

Hi, my website is down because the creditcard payment for renewal didn’t go through. When I try to pay now I get this info ‘Unable to buy WordPress.com Premium, this site has wordPress.com Premium purchased by different user.’ How can I fix this?

You need to contact one of the other administrators on your site that have purchased the Premium plan and let them know that they need to renew it.
