Can't renew nor transfer my domain

    When I try to pay the renew for my domain ‘entre3fogones.com’, the system tell me ‘Another user bought this suscription before, ask the owner’, but the domain is in my wordpress account!!!. If I try to change the contact, I Cant because I’m not the Owner. If I try to transfer the domain, there an error saying ‘There is an error with the transfer code,….’ What can I do?

    Hi there,

    Your username is an admin on the site with the domain entre3fogones.com, but your account is not the owner of either the site or the domain. The site and domain belongs to a different username.

    Please go to My Sites ->People. There you should be able to see the other users on your site. You will either need to log in as the username that owns the domain, or ask that person to log in if the account belongs to someone else. But you won’t be able to make any changes to the domain, including renewing it, via this account.
