Can't renew subscription

When I go to the “my upgrades” page of the store, there are no buttons to click to pay for another year’s subscription.

Let me cut to the chase here. The only person who can renew a domain mapping upgrade is the person who is logged in under the username account that purchased the domain mapping upgrade.

There are no paid upgrades under your account. As timethief mentioned, you’ll need to be logged in as the owner of the upgrade to renew it.

Thanks, Timethief. I’ll get that person to do it (it’s a Club site, and members come and go). Seems a clumsy system!

No necessarily clumsy. Since renewals are tied to the previously used credit card (unless changed), we figured that it should be up to the original purchaser (and therefore card holder) to determine if and when they are charged for the renewal.

That’s fine for an individual, but not so easy for an organization in which office holders may change from year to year.
