Can't renew subscription

  I can’t seem to renew my subscription. Every time I put in my credit card info a little red box pops up in the top left saying “write your first name”…which is weird. It auto-fills my name but eve when I retype it never works.

  What is the URL of the subscribed domain you refer to?

  What subscription are you trying to renew? There have been no upgrades under your account. Are you referring to WordPress.com site?
