Can’t renew Titan email

Can someone help me to renew Titan subscription? This is crazy that I can’t chat to a real person to solve the problem! Below is the problem I have
When opend Titan, this is what I get
Your titan email plan has expired. Renew now to continue using email.
But when I click to renew button, it says “We couldn’t locate your account details”
I sent this message to your chat box, this is what I got

I guess you are simply logged in to the wrong account. Completely log out from current and log in again to https://wordpress.com/forums/users/jzhangrice/ using the username jzhangrice

It’s not working.
I used to have another email (email visible only to moderators and staff), I would try to log on using that email, but I no longer have that email, and I don’t remember the password. What should I do?!
