Can't renew WordPress.com Premium
-
Here’s the issue. My current subscription to WordPress.com is due to expire in 13 days. The automatic renewal didn’t work and there is no ‘Renew’ button under My Upgrades (like I’ve seen in some of the support screenshots). So I tried to purchase the whole thing again, but after I enter the payment details, I get a message saying ‘This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?’, yet there are no buttons to click under the message to approve this suggestion.
What can I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Try logging is as the account that bought the upgrade – is there another account you might have used to buy the upgrade the first time?
-
Unfortunately, all accounts (also the one I used to purchase the upgrade) have the same problem.

I have flagged this for staff attention, but they will tell you about the same thing, but they can see who owns the upgrade
since you have domain mapping and I would guess no domain name registered, the staff can help you finesse things, so when the upgrade expires they can help you buy (not renew) a new upgrade – but that does depend on the exact upgrades being used – and there is a grace period where the upgrades work a bit but with a warning
-
So, the first issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade. So it wouldn’t be possible to renew it from that account. You will need to log into the correct account to renew. Can you log into that account?

Issue resolved. My manager had missed some buttons when logged in with his account and told me he couldn’t renew it either. All in all, nothing broken.
