cant replace text of the template

  I cant edit the text from the template. I want to replace the text ‘TAO TE CHING (DAODEJING) BY LAO TZU’ how can I do it ? Also how can I replace a text from one of the 3 blogs here without it changing the content for all the blogs. They should be different but they all have the same id
