Can't reset home page

I am not doing blog posts, but instead a website of a collection of pages. All was working well with a static home page but somehow I accidentally set my home page to “a page showing my latest posts” of which there are none. I can not figure out how to change it back. When I go to Settings/Reading there are no homepage options. The first option is “Blog pages show at most: ” and all the other content is post related, not page related. I’m using the Twenty Twenty Theme. Thanks much.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can’t figure out how to edit my original post but wanted to add that there are also no home page options if I try the “Design/Customize” path either.

Well, after trying about 100 different things I finally stumbled on my answer and though I would post it in case some other poor soul is having trouble setting a static home page. I had read elsewhere that you needed to have at least one page published before you could see the “home page” options. Since I had about 10 published I seemed to be in compliance with that. However, what I figured out was that the pages cannot be published as “PRIVATE”. You must either publish as Password Protected or Public. So I changed the Page that I wanted to be my home page to password protected. I was then able to find the home page options and set up a static home page. Then I changed the page back to private and all seems OK for now. I would call this a BUG, but I suppose someone, somewhere understands the logical reason behind this.
