Can’t reset my password, and can’t access my site

  Hi. I have a Neighborhood Association site, and it was associated with my profile. Now there’s a big red mark saying it’s not accessible. I tried to reset my password (I do have access to the appropriate email account) but the reset link just is blank. Please help!
